Vineyard

Organic vineyard planted in 1999, located at 800 meters above sea level in the northernmost part of the province of Zaragoza. Southeast-facing slopes, with clay-limestone soil, surrounded by typical Mediterranean forest. Low yielding (2-3 thousand kg/ha).

Harvest

Hand harvested on October 13th.

Winemaking

Fermentation in stainless steel and malolactic fermentation in French oak.
