Bush-trained vineyard planted in 1940, located on an east-facing slope on iron-rich clay soil with pebbles in the Ribota valley, at 850 m. of altitude.

Harvest

Manual harvest at the beginning of October.

Winemaking

Fermentation below 25ºC in 15,000 kg concrete tanks, maceration for 17 days.
