Vineyard

Selection of vineyards up to 90 years old with limited production, located on sandy soils with a high granitic stony component and cultivated naturally.

Harvest

Hand harvest between September 14 and October 6.

Winemaking

Maceration for 14 days. Spontaneous fermentation in 15,000 kg concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in these same tanks. Wine with soft filtering and non-aggressive fining to preserve its natural characteristics.
