In addition, it includes snapshots from the sessions conducted by art directors Derek Forsyth and Martyn Walsh, and many other unpublished and exclusive photographs. Among the extras are the never-before-published 1963 calendar and a selection of "censored" images, considered too risqué by the editors at the time.
