Our favorite for spring and summer

The recipe

A blend of aromatic Sauvignon Blanc (80%) and Verdejo (20%). Mediterranean style. From limestone soil. Hand-harvested with care. Aged on lees in stainless steel tanks for about 4 months.

The wine

Bright, pale straw yellow color, like no other wine from Yecla. A modern wine with aromas of white fruits and flowers. With hints of peaches in syrup, apricots, and citrus fruits, as well as tropical notes. Fresh acidity, light yet unctuous flavor, creaminess and body with a long finish with notes of white fruit and herbs.
