The recipe

A blend of our cherished Monastrell (50%) and Syrah (50%). Mediterranean style. From limestone soil. Hand-harvested with care. Subtle pressing. Aged on lees in stainless steel tanks for about 4 months.

The wine

Provençal rosé hue. Crystalline and brilliant with salmon reflections. Delicate floral and herbaceous aroma, with delicious intense notes of strawberry and cherry. Fresh, fruity, round, with good acidity and a long, savory finish.
