A classic wine for unconventional times

The recipe

The first half of Monastrell comes from low-yield vineyards over 15 years old and the other half from Syrah. Mediterranean style. From limestone soil. Hand-harvested with care. Aged in French oak barrels for a minimum period of 9 months.

The wine

Intense purplish red. Well-defined black and red fruit with a complex background of oak, pastries, balsamic notes, spices, and vanilla hints. Smooth and unctuous on the palate.

Alcohol. 14.5%
Serving temperature. 16-18 ºC
