Classic Reserve Rosé 2013

A unique wine, a rosé Gran Reserva that exudes subtlety and elegance.

Vineyard

Old bush vines located on ferruginous clay terraces of Alto Najerilla at high altitude, on the slopes of the Sierra de la Demanda and facing North.

Winemaking

Harvested on October 17th. Maceration for 24 to 48 hours at low temperatures, around 10ºC. Afterwards, the tank is bled, naturally extracting a bright rosé must, which ferments at 16ºC for about 20 days in steel tanks.
